Business Profile: Company name, website, industry, brand description, and product assets you provide to personalize AI outputs.

Content & Media: Images, videos, and text you upload or generate through the Service.

Social Account Tokens: OAuth access tokens for connected social media platforms (Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram). We store only what is needed to publish content on your behalf.

Usage Data: Log data including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps, collected automatically.

3 How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• To generate and personalize AI content based on your brand profile
• To publish content to connected social media platforms at your direction
• To communicate service updates, security alerts, and support messages
• To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity

4 Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

• AI Providers: Prompts and images may be sent to third-party AI APIs (e.g., Google Gemini, Azure OpenAI) to generate content. These providers have their own privacy policies.
• Social Platforms: Content and tokens are shared with the respective social media platform only when you initiate a publish or connect action.
• Infrastructure Providers: Cloud hosting and database services used to operate Nova AI.
• Legal Authorities: When required by law or to protect our legal rights.

5 Social Media Permissions

When you connect a social media account, we request only the permissions needed to perform the actions you authorize:

• Facebook / Instagram: Read page information, publish posts to your pages, and read engagement metrics.
• Twitter / X: Read your profile and publish tweets on your behalf.
• LinkedIn: Read your profile and publish posts to your feed or pages.

You can revoke access at any time through the respective platform's settings or within Nova AI's Social Connections panel.

We do not use social permissions to collect data beyond what is necessary to provide the Service.

6 Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Generated media and conversation history are retained to provide continuity of service.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

7 Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS), encrypted credential storage, and access controls. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and scoped to only the permissions you grant.

8 Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing of your data
