3 User Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By creating an account, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory
• Violate any third-party intellectual property rights
• Spam, phish, or engage in deceptive marketing practices
• Circumvent or interfere with the security of the Service

5 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by the AI is provided "as-is." You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before publication. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI outputs.

You retain ownership of original content you upload. For AI-generated outputs, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, modify, and publish such content within the scope of normal business operations.

You agree not to use AI-generated content to mislead, impersonate, or deceive others.

6 Social Media Integrations

By connecting your social media accounts, you authorize Nova AI to act on your behalf to read and publish content to those platforms. You acknowledge that:

• You must comply with each platform's own terms of service
• We are not responsible for any actions taken by social platforms regarding your accounts
• You can revoke access at any time through the platform's settings or within Nova AI
• We store only the access tokens necessary to perform authorized actions

7 Privacy & Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Uploaded media and generated content are stored securely and used only to provide the Service to you.

8 Intellectual Property

The Nova AI platform, including its design, code, and proprietary features, is owned by Livingi Labs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our express written permission.

9 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Livingi Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at the address below.
